Fatherhood, can sometimes make you feel out of place. You may not feel like you are needed or that you are not able to do much. But you can! The words you speak into your child's life, are important to their mental growth. The love you give, is vital to their emotional well-being. The stability you are able to provide, affects the way they may see life growing up.

Fatherhood, will have its ups and downs, but it’s a learning curve and an experience to cherish. You don't have to have it altogether, but be the Dad that you can be proud of. Take time out to reflect on your journey, take time to look after yourself and most of all, although you are a Dad, you are an individual too.

Here are some affirmations that I put together. I hope these will help you to see yourself, in a different light and most of all, to remind you, that you are AMAZING!
