Thank you for purchasing our products at Vanessa Heartfelt, operated by Vanessa Alleyne.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we received your item, it will be inspected thoroughly and your refund will be processed accordingly. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know, at your earliest convenience, by contacting me at vanessaheartfelt@gmail.com.

FAQ’s

When will I receive my order?

Please note, that all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Postage will be second class and delivered by Royal Mail. Shipping charges for your order, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How will I be notified, regarding my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number, which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vanessaheartfelt@gmail.com, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What if I received the wrong order?

Please accept my apologies, that you have an issue with your product. In order for me to help resolve this efficiently, please email me at vanessaheartfelt@gmail.com, within one week of receiving your order.

Please ensure you include photos of the wrong/damaged product, along with your order number, and any other details you hold for your product and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution, that suits your best interest.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to anywhere in the Mainland UK only for physical products. Please note, we will not dispatch to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Digital products such as PDF posters and personalized poems and any other products sold electronically can be shipped worldwide.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number, via email when your order has been dispatched. Should you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact me at vanessaheartfelt@gmail.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal is our preferred payment option, as it's quick and easy, but other options including bank transfer and credit card, may be available upon request.
